We are looking for both journalism and PR candidates. Journalism students are highly encouraged to apply for the copywriter position. We’re hoping to find someone with strong writing and AP Style skills.
UC Copywriter Intern – Available for internship credit in Fall 2022
Duration: Sept. 12-Dec. 15
Contribute to strategic communication initiatives through culling, cultivating and writing content for various Biola communication platforms including the Biola News blog. Intern will specifically assist in writing alumni news and feature articles. Applicants should enjoy writing in a journalistic style and have at least a basic understanding of AP Style. UC Public Relations Intern – Available for internship credit in Fall 2022
Duration: Sept. 12-Dec. 15
Contribute to the work of Biola’s University Communications team through helping execute PR strategies and tactics. Intern will primarily assist with strategic communication and media relations efforts such as media monitoring, developing coverage reports and writing content for various Biola communication platforms. Intern should have a basic understanding of media relations, be interested in public relations and enjoy organization/project management. Journalism or writing experience is a plus.
