These are few of highlights of some of the projects I have worked on recently. With them is a description of what they are and how they were created.
Bumble: Make The First Move
This is a Spec Ad written and directed by Sam Wichhart. I was the production assistant in charge of assisting the Gaffer in lighting set up, and operating the boom mic.
The Colors of Late Night
A video essay I made comparing the visuals used in late night television.
Accuracy and Journalism
This was a video essay I made for my English course on how the importance of accuracy in journalism has diminished in recent history. Some of the tools I used to make this video included Adobe Premier, After Effects, and Photoshop. I was invited to present my research done at the topic at the Biola 2023 Writer’s Symposium.
Director, Producer, Videographer, Reporter, Audio Technician
Responsibilities:
Directing, Producing, Recording, and planning of bi-weekly television news broadcasts. From the studio, this involved camera operation, live directing from a switch board, and live audio mixing. Other responsibilities included on the street reporting, video editing, and the management of a news crew of eight students.
The Torch: Daily News Updates
Responsibilities:
Recording and editing of bi-weekly radio broadcasts and radio show. This involved recording in a professional recording booth on Shure SM7B microphones. Audio was recorded in Audacity and edited in Adobe Audition.
